Orbit conducted multiple in-store tastings for us with great success. Not only were the sales phenomenal during the tasting (the department manager couldn't believe how good they were), but we have seen a dramatic increase in sales through that store. From the minute you start dealing with Briar and her team there is this sense of ease. We have run two in-store sampling campaigns with them and both times we have been very impressed by the outcomes. The communication from the beginning, in the middle and right till the end of the campaign is fantastic. I was always kept up to date with how things were tracking and if there were any disruptions along the way (caused by Covid). If anything was disrupted Briar was always thinking outside the box for solutions.
